Houston Protest Caravan to Depart To Taylor, Texas, site of Hutto Family Prison
One round of the Chicano Power clap to Maria Elena Castellanos for putting the effort into “Organizing the Organizers” of the Hutto situation.
She was recently involved in a statewide conference call, and has given me the following info for the caravan.
Put an end to family detention at Hutto and fight white supremacy. What other country in the world jails immigrant children?
Caravan on Saturday, June 20th to protest the practice of jailing families to start at 7:45 AM at 10670 Northwest Freeway, also known as 290. Participants should depart from Taylor, Texas back to Houston at 4:00PM.
