Our New Anahuac

I could not have been prouder of and happier for Xavier Herrera, Danza Azteca Teokalli and all who participated in today’s Chiaui Nahui festival at Ripley House in Houston’s east end.  A little conjunto music, some rock conciente, ballet folklorico and art all came together in a beautiful way.  Words, and maybe even my little camera phone, won’t do the event justice, but I still think it better to let the photos do the talking.
