My lost fortnight
It seems like forever that I have even thought about blogging, politics and many of the other topics that I blog about regularly. Normally, I don’t go more than an hour or two without plotting, scheming and planning (I write as I twist my moustache and laugh like Gargamel from the smurfs).
These past two weeks, I just be’d or was or whatever. I spent Thankstaking with my family here in Houston, and my artist-uncle from that town whose name we musn’t say (starts with a D) came down. The next day we took off time to go to Corpitos. I couldn’t have had more of a blast in Corpus Christi. Chilled with the primos and tios and we named our baby-girl-to be to top it all off. These were the highlights of my lost fortnight.
I got back, and had just the opposite time. On Monday, my phones and internet went dead at my office from some AT&T hardward problem. Monday was shot as a business day. On Tuesday, my transmission went out. When my communication came back up, my network connection from my printer to the router was broken, and only super geeks can redo it. Had to get transmission rebuilt and pay for a printer server and installation. Just seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
Hopefully, I won’t keep you posted, and I’ll just keep doing what I do. Check for new blogs as a sign of me straightening everything out.
