My writings confiscated from Ramsey in prison
Several months ago, I posted that I had completed my work tentatively entitled Foundations for a Brown Nation or maybe now Foundations for Our New Anahuac. I haven’t done anything with it for a few reasons, including my intention of adding another section to it.
But one of the other main reasons is that the person that has been helping me edit is Ramsey Muniz http://www.myspace.com/ramseymuniz
Ramsey has been supported by such diverse groups as LULAC and Union del Barrio and considered a political prisoner by both.
Anyway for several months he kept writing that something had happened to cause him to stop sending back his edits, but that he would explain later.
He called me a little while ago and explained that my writings had been confiscated from him, and he didn’t go into much other detail except to say that sometimes things like this happen en la pinta! I am unclear as to whether he has been able to get them back, but I am patiently awaiting his next edit. If I don’t get it, I will try to find out about writing to the warden.
If you can find time to write him, go to his myspace site for his address, and I know that he will be glad to hear from you. He is fighting like hell to try to get moved back to Texas and eventually get released.
