A letter from Irma Muniz, Ramey’s wife:
With sincerest gratitude I write to inform you that Ramsey has been transferred to the Beaumont Federal Correctional Institution. Although the location is not closest to home, he is back in Texas and we are elated about this change. Now we will work on his freedom!
On behalf of Ramsey, myself, and our families, I thank you for all that you have done to make this transfer possible. Our suffering has been great, and I thank God for Ramsey’s faith, courage, and strength in spite of all that he has endured. I give thanks for the friends and supporters who have offered prayers, letters, communications with congressmen, legal assistance, and have given Ramsey the determination to continue his struggle for freedom.
I hope that I hear from Ramsey soon because it is normal procedure for people who have just arrived to be placed in solitary confinement. I will send a personal note to the warden asking for leniency on a non-violent man who is 66 years old and has spent many years of his life in maximum security penitentiaries.

the person who set up ramsey was a friend of mine at the time.his name is Michael Khoury he still lives in corpus
Be careful about looking at Michael Koury,He has ties to the feds,He was always one step ahead of things back when we ran around together.He told me about how he just left when things went down.I am risking alot by revieling this.we seemed to always been able to do drugs and yet never be busted.He told me about ramsey.now if the feds show up on my door i will probably wish i had not told this story.I am sorry if i have put mike in any Danger we were good friends.I just always wondered why we never got in trouble..please forgive me feds,I just have always wanted for him to tell me the truth about his life
One more time I do not want Mike to get in trouble.Ramsey was doing drugs from what i know.I hope that GOD guides him on a wonderful path.We all have gone on with our lives and regret many things that we have done.if i get any response from any agency of any kind i will no that what i have always thought i knew is true Mike should have told me.he probable made a lot of money as a C I.Or CONFEDENTIAL INFORMANT.Now if this true I will probably get a call from some body.Please forgive me I do not mean anyone harm.
